1.Purpose background

In order to clarify the bEYU guarantee amount, deposit, deduction, repayment, recovery and return, etc., standardize the platform market management order, strengthen consumer protection while effectively complying with the relevant rules of bEYU, we have formulated this specification. This Code is intended to ensure that all transactions and related activities conducted on the bEYU platform comply with applicable laws and bEYU’s policies. We are committed to establishing a fair and transparent trading environment, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of users, and maintaining market order. This specification will elaborate on the calculation method of bEYU guarantee amount, the process of deposit and deduction, the conditions and procedures for repayment and recovery, as well as the relevant regulations for users to return funds, in order to provide users with more comprehensive protection and services.

2.Scope of application

This specification applies to the process of creating a bEYU store and members who successfully create a store to engage in business activities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "sellers"). We aim to ensure that sellers can comply with laws and regulations, be honest and trustworthy during the creation and operation of stores on the bEYU platform, maintain the order of the platform market, and protect the rights and interests of consumers. During the store creation process, sellers should abide by the relevant rules and policies of bEYU, fill in the store information truthfully, provide true and effective business qualifications and certification materials, and promise not to engage in illegal activities. After successfully creating a store, sellers should abide by the provisions of this specification on matters such as margin At the same time, sellers should also maintain a fair competitive environment for store operations and must not use unfair means to harm the legitimate rights and interests of other sellers or consumers. We will strictly supervise and manage the behavior of sellers, and will deal with violations of regulations in accordance with laws and regulations to protect the rights and interests of consumers and sellers who operate with integrity. The formulation of this specification is to create a fair, transparent and healthy e-commerce trading environment and promote the healthy development of the industry.

3.Definition of margin

The deposit refers to the funds deposited by the seller to ensure the quality of its goods and services, the performance of its consumer protection service commitments, and compliance with bEYU relevant agreements and rules. By depositing a deposit, sellers demonstrate their integrity and sense of responsibility, promise to provide high-quality goods and services, and protect the rights and interests of consumers. These funds are also used to respond to possible irregularities or defaults to ensure the safety and legality of transactions. bEYU will manage and supervise the margin based on the seller's performance and transaction status to ensure that the seller abides by platform rules, maintains transaction order, and protects consumer rights. At the same time, the deposit is also a reflection of the seller's commitment to its own business and an important safeguard to promote the integrity and smooth conduct of transactions. 

4.Guarantee amount

The deposit amount refers to the total deposit amount that the seller needs to deposit. When the turnover reaches a certain scale, a 600 deposit is required.

(1) If the seller has no transaction after opening the store, the basic quota is 0, and there is no need to pay a deposit amount for the time being.

(2) When the seller receives a prompt from the platform to pay a deposit, please pay the deposit in time. The specific payment amount will be displayed on the deposit payment page .

(3) bEYU deducts the deposit every day according to the situation of the seller's store . The merchant must replenish the deposit in time. Insufficient deposit may affect the business of the store, including but not limited to disabling the store, prohibiting cash withdrawals, etc. 

5.Deposit 

Sellers must pay by bank card, USDT, etc. as soon as possible in accordance with the margin requirements . The specific payment method is subject to the prompts on the margin management page. If the seller fails to pay the deposit in full, bEYU may take measures such as restricting participation in marketing activities, banning stores, prohibiting cash withdrawals , and platform account control measures, depending on the severity of the situation.

6.Buckle

If a transaction dispute occurs, there are violations or complaints from a third party during the seller's operation, bEYU has the right to deduct part or all of the deposit in accordance with the relevant rules and agreements for refund or compensation to consumers, payment platform liquidated damages or other damages that should be borne by the seller. Default payments or fees.

7.Back payment

If bEYU deducts the deposit, causing the current balance of the seller's deposit to be lower than the amount of the deposit due, the seller should make up the deposit in a timely manner If the deposit on the seller platform is insufficient to replenish the deposit, and the deposit is not actively replenished within 72 hours, bEYU may, depending on the severity of the situation, take measures such as blocking the store, prohibiting cash withdrawals , and platform account control measures.

8.Recovery

When bEYU handles disputes or complaints between sellers and consumers, if it is determined that the seller is responsible, the seller's deposit can be deducted for consumer refunds or compensation. If the seller's deposit is not enough to deduct the amount, beEYU may use its own funds to refund and compensate the consumer according to the circumstances, and at the same time pursue the payment from the seller. If the seller fails to replenish the funds advanced by bEYU within the prescribed period, or the balance on the seller's platform is insufficient to replenish the amount, bEYU may take measures such as blocking the store, prohibiting cash withdrawals , and platform account control measures, depending on the severity of the situation.

9.Return 

When the seller proposes to adjust the work order margin amount to 0, the margin will be withdrawn. After the seller logs in to the margin management page of the platform to operate the withdrawal, the margin can be returned to the account bound to the seller. The deposit exceeding the limit requirement can be refunded. If the seller meets all the following conditions, the margin amount will be adjusted to 0 .

1.There is no ongoing transaction record within thirty days .

2.There is no ongoing refund record within thirty days .

3.There is no ongoing complaint record within thirty days .

4.There is no order within 30 days after successful transaction within 30 days.

5.There are no arrears records being processed within thirty days .

6.There are no uncompleted restrictions and unfreezing records within thirty days due to violation of relevant rules of bEYU.

7.There is no violation of the store withdrawal agreement and the store is returned normally in accordance with the store withdrawal agreement, and the deposit is successfully returned.
